Multi-tenant office building needed unified security with individual access control per suite, shared CCTV, and fire detection compliance.
Our Solution
Centralized CCTV with 20 cameras, Paxton access control per suite with individual tenant cards, and BS 5839 compliant addressable fire system.
The Results
Each tenant has secure independent access while building management has complete oversight. Full fire safety compliance achieved for insurance purposes.
