We offer both wireless and wired systems. Wireless is faster to install with minimal disruption and works well for most residential properties. Wired systems are more reliable for larger commercial installations where signal interference could be an issue. During your free survey, we'll recommend the best option for your property.

Absolutely. All our systems are designed to be scalable. You can start with our Basic package and add cameras, sensors, monitoring, or smart features at any time. We'll ensure your initial installation is future-proofed for expansion.

Our monitoring service operates from an NSI Gold approved control centre, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When your alarm activates, our operators verify the alert within 60 seconds, contact you and your keyholders, and dispatch police or fire services if required. You'll also receive SMS and push notifications.

A standard residential installation takes 1-2 days. Commercial installations vary from 2-10 days depending on complexity. We'll give you a precise timeline during your survey. We work around your schedule and can arrange weekend or evening installations if needed.

For most residential installations, no planning permission is required. However, if your property is listed or in a conservation area, there may be restrictions on external camera placement. We'll advise you during the survey and handle any necessary consultations.
